• Comply with all applicable health and safety laws, regulations, statutory obligations, codes of practice and other requirements;
• Communicate and consult with all employees, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve their personal commitment to workplace health and safety;
• Provide health and safety risk management systems and procedures that are relevant to the work we do;
• Manage risks by identifying, reporting, assessing and controlling hazards;
• Investigate all incidents and near misses and take corrective action to prevent recurrence;
• Provide an effective and equitable injury management program;
• Conduct regular audits of health and safety practices and systems; and
• Set measurable targets and seek to continually improve our health and safety performance;

All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, observe safety rules and report hazards, incidents and near misses to their supervisor.
